We offer a Betty & Me boarding experience. Exclusive overnight care for one dog at a time-hosted by Betty, our gentle, intuitive, canine companion.
Guidelines:
Calm, respectful temperament, crate trained or a peaceful sleeper, vaccinated and flea/tick protected, and complete a compatibility visit with Betty.
It's our signature introductory visit, a relaxed, in-home consultation where we meet your pets, walk through routines, tour the property and answer any questions. It's all about building trust and making sure everyone feels comfortable before services begin.
Yes! Our Stay & Snuggle Packages provide overnight care in your home; your pets stay in their familiar environment with receiving loving attention and routine care. We also offer drop in visits for shorter needs.
Yes-because your animals deserve consistent, attentive care while you're away. For vacation bookings we require at least one visit per day for cats, small animals, and farm care. Two visits per day for dogs. This ensures your pets stay safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout your time away.
Once you've completed your Happy Tails Hello, you'll receive access to your personalized client portal. From there, you can request services, update pet info, and communicate with us easily through the app.
While we strive to provide consistency whenever possible, we don't guarantee a specific sitter for each visit. As our trusted team grows, we work collaboratively to ensure every sitter is trained, compassionate, and familiar with your pet's needs. This flexibility allows us to offer greater availability while maintaining the same high standard of care you expect from Hall's Happy Tails.
We're experienced with senior pets, medical routines, and animals with unique needs. Just let us know during your Happy Tails Hello, and we'll create a care plan that's safe, consistent, and comforting for your pet.
We understand that life happens-and sometimes you need pet care on short notice. While we can't guarantee availability, we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
If you are unable to book through your client portal due to timing, please don't hesitate to call or text us directly at 303.808.3838. We'll check our schedule and do everything we can to support you and your pets.
Your pet's safety-and your peace of mind-are the top priorities. If there's ever an emergency involving your pet, we'll immediately contact your veterinarian and transport them to the appropriate facility if needed. We'll also reach out to you using the emergency contact information you've provided.
If there is an issue with your home-such as a break in, storm damage, or a plumbing mishap-we'll notify you and your emergency contacts right away and coordinate with local authorities or preferred service providers if necessary.
And in the unlikely event of an alien invasion, you can count on us to hide under the covers with your pets until the coast is clear. Because comfort matters-even in outer space.
We make payments simple and secure through our Time to Pet client Portal. When you book services, we'll keep a credit or debit card on file and automatically charge it at the end of your invoiced care period, you'll receive an itemized invoice via email showing a full breakdown of charges.
Prefer to pay by cash or check? No problem-just let us know in advance so we can adjust your billing and avoid charging your card.
Absolutely-and it means the world to our team. Out sitters go the extra mile to provide thoughtful reliable care, and your tips are a wonderful way to show appreciation.
During onboarding, each client account is set up with a default 20% auto-tip through our Time to Pet portal. You're welcome to adjust the percentage or remove it entirely-just let us know. We also happily accept cash tips, and rest assured: 100% of your tip goes directly to your sitter.
We understand that plans can change-and we're here to support you while also respecting the time and commitment to our team.
To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Walking or yard time appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time will be charged the full reservation amount.
Drop in Vacation Visits and Stay & Snuggle Packages canceled within 3 days of the scheduled start date will be charged in full.
Holiday reservations canceled within 7 days of the scheduled start dated will also be charged in full.
If your cancellation is due to illness, loss, or an unexpected emergency, please let us know-we approach these situations with understanding and care.
We use Time to pet which is an all-encompassing Client Portal for pet care providers. We will send you an invitation to set up your account after our initial discussion about your needs as a client. Once you activate that account, please download the client app to your smartphone (Time to Pet) and is available for both android and apple phones. You will love this feature of our stellar service!
Yes! Hall's Happy Tails only shares your information on a need-to-know basis within our Network. The owner of the company and the administration personal are the only ones with access. As for the software company, Time to Pet's 128 bit encryption is the same level encryption that banks use. Their physical servers are located in a secure facility with 365x24x7 manned security. They are in what is considered a "Disaster Neutral Zone" of the United States (meaning there is a minimal probability of a natural disaster).
Reservations should be submitted via our Time to Pet client portal as soon as possible. We tend to fill up quickly especially during the holidays.
