FOUNDER OF Hall's Happy Tail's
Hi, I'm Nancy-Lakewood local, lifetime animal lover, and the heart behind Hall's Happy Tail's. With over 30 years in the title business and a lifetime of hands-on experience with dogs, horses, cats, and farm animals, I've built a pet care service that blends professionalism with genuine love.
I've raised champion Rhodesian Ridgebacks, transported puppies across the country, and cared for everything from senior dogs to show horses. Whether I'm litter sitting for breeders or checking in on your farm while you're away, I treat every animal like family.
Why I started Hall's Happy Tails.
After years in real estate and a chapter running a coffee shop, I realized my happiest moments were always with animals. I wanted to create a service that felt like a trusted friend-not just a sitter. Hall's Happy Tails is my way of offering peace of mind, joyful care, and a little extra heart to every pet parent.

A Story Close to my Heart.
As a breeder, I rarely ship puppies-I believe in meeting families face-to-face and ensuring the right fit. But once, I made an exception....
Heather, a young woman from Ohio, had her heart set on Hugo, one of my Rhodesian Ridgeback puppies. She was planning a long road trip to pick him up, but then she stopped responding. When I finally reached her, she shared that she was undergoing cancer treatment. Her white cell count was dangerously low, and her doctor wouldn't allow her to travel.
I knew what I had to do.
I shipped Hugo to Heather trusting that love would carry him safely. She adored him for 10 tears, until she passed at the age of 40. That dog had true purpose-he was her companion, her comfort and her joy.
And when the time came, Michelle-another kind soul-stepped in to help Hugo find a new home. That kind of loyalty is what Hall's Happy Tail's is all about.
